Sushi is BACK in Reading Terminal Market with one of our newest merchant stands, Umi Seafood & Sushi. Umi is brought to us by Susie Kim, owner of John Yi Fish Market and Under the C in the Comcast Center. Umi's executive chef, Paul J Lee, worked as the executive sushi chef for B2 BlueFin under Chef Yong Kim since 2016 before transitioning to Umi. Chef Lee is glad to be a part of the RTM family here as executive sushi chef for Umi Seafood & Sushi.
Join us virtually from the comforts of your own home as you work along side Chef Paul Lee to create your very own sushi dinner. From traditional Japanese Temaki-Sushi (hand rolls) to the classic American-born California Rolls, you will bring home a unique experience you can share with your family and friends. You will be creating 4 different rolls and a spicy kani salad.
Our team at All About Events will gather all of the essential ingredients and specialty equipment you will need that you can pick up from the Reading Terminal Market or we will have them delivered to you! You will be provided with not only the ingredients but a detailed list of instructions and everything you will need to have to set you up for success!
