Join us for a mid-week break, and enjoy a classic summer gathering of the American South. From the Carolina Low Country, to the Louisiana Bayous, a shrimp boil is a fun, casual community meal that highlights the bounty of land & sea! We will be preparing a traditional spicy boil including whole shrimp, corn on the cob, red potatoes, and smoked sausage. The full meal will be complemented with a pimento cheese appetizer, and for dessert, a New Orleans favorite, sweet fried calas! This event is a great opportunity to hang out with co-workers, catch up with friends, or enjoy a casual date.
City Kitchen is BYO and we encourage you to bring along your favorite beer or wine to enjoy, no hard liquor please!
Guests will recieve recipes to take home and recreate for friends and family. This is a demonstration style dinner event.
