Is wheat weighing you down? Are you struggling to find delicious recipes that avoid that pesky protein? Join us and assist City Kitchen's host chef prepare delicious and safe Gluten Free foods. Together, we will be exploring wheat alternatives for thickening, breading, and baking applications. Thoughtout the class, you will prepare exciting new recipes that use these alternatives, as well as some old school recipes that are traditionally & naturally gluten free. This class is $65 per person.
