They are a veteran owned farm distillery in the Lehigh Valley with a full line of craft spirits. City Kitchen has teamed up with Eight Oaks to bring you a decadent 4 course tasting menu paired with their signature cocktail recipes. We will be bringing you the best of the season with new ideas for autumn refreshers and cozy winter sips. This is a great event for anyone interested in learning more about locally produced spirits. Menu: Each course will be paired with a signature Eight Oaks cocktail
1st course: Philly soft pretzel with whipped juniper scented blue cheese and candied seed brittle
2nd course: Moules Normande, steamed mussels with smokey bacon, apple and cream
3rd course: Chicken and ricotta meatballs over pureed root vegetables with fried sage
4th course: Gateau au sirop, dark spice cake with citrus raisin compote and chantilly cream
This is event is for guests 21 and over only. City Kitchen's BYO policy is suspended for this event, as your ticket price includes accompanying alcoholic beverage service.
